Yes. ICE desktop applications such as ICE Enterprise, ICE Clear, ICE Flash and ICE G generate a certificate for each transaction and record it on ICE servers, where you can view it, report on it and export it from the ICEdb web portal.
ICE Enterprise connects up to 20 phones and tablets at a time, and ICE Clear wipes up to five devices at a time. Both can process mixed makes and models in the same batch.
ICE Enterprise runs a fully customizable workflow with a broad test suite and may sideload test apps for certain checks. ICE Q focuses on a smaller set of key tests that run without sideloading, so it's generally faster when turnaround time matters most.
In the RevShare model, ICE provides device pricing and ICE X transactions are free of charge. The retailer is paid a flat amount per device, paid overnight. Retailers who prefer to set their own trade-in pricing can choose the pay-per-transaction program instead.
ICE Universal automatically updates and manages ICE applications on each workstation. Administrators can schedule updates from the ICEdb web portal so they never interrupt production.
