What is ICE Universal™?
ICE Universal is the desktop application that all ICE desktop tools launch from. ICE Enterprise, ICE Q, ICE Clear, ICE Flash, ICE G, ICE V and ICE X are each a mode of ICE Universal, so operators work in one familiar interface and IT manages one install.
ICE Universal automatically updates and manages ICE applications on each workstation. Administrators schedule those updates from the ICEdb web portal, so new features and device support arrive without interrupting production. ICE Universal generally supports all Android and iOS devices, although supported manufacturer and model combinations can vary from application to application.
