What is ICEdb™?
ICEdb is the secure web portal where ICE customers log in to view transactions, run reports and manage their accounts. Results from ICE Enterprise, ICE Clear, ICE Flash, ICE G and other ICE applications are recorded on ICE servers and available in ICEdb for future reference or export.
Because every transaction produces a certificate, ICEdb gives you proof of what happened to each device: what was tested, when it was cleared and which firmware it received. Administrators also use ICEdb to manage users and schedule ICE Universal software updates across workstations.
